We used to go there twice a day since July. Then a week ago my wife went in to order two coffees and an employee threatened to “kick her younger sisters @ss”. We don’t even know anyone that works there and neither does her younger sister (who is a minor). I went in to get an apology from this employee and she was extremely rude. Her reply was “ok bud”. I came back when a manager was on duty and was told I would get an apology and she would take care of it. Left my phone number and name and haven’t heard back. This was a week ago and we went in the other day and that same rude employee is still working there. Unbelievable. We’re considering involving the RCMP as uttering threats is a crime, especially against a minor, and this “employee” is well over the age of 18. I am still stunned at how “Emily” can still be employed there. Every single other time we have gone in there the employees have been very nice. Obviously we’re not going back ever again.

Then she rang up a sandwich 5.99, soup combo 5.49 with no bread choice (she didn't even ask about that) and french vanilla cap at 1.99. I asked her about the price as I wanted a soup combo...her reply was sorry there is nothing I can do about it...and she rolled her eyes. How many times I couldn't tell you. I asked for a manager, she said there was none at the moment, so i asked for a supervisor, guess what...she was the supervisor...In all my years dealing with people, if I ever carried myself the way she did today..I wouldn't have a job. She was very unprofessional, didn't even asked what we would like...no greeting what so ever...no one smile...but by the god she rolled her eyes one to many times. Can you say...
Read moreToday around 9:48 I went through the Willow Street drive thru. I ordered a breakfast Farmers wrap and a apple fritter both of which were delicious. However after entering my order and driving up to the window I was greeted by a man yelling at me to hurry up and get my points card and then he yelled at me cash or debit and then he threw the food at me and slammed the window shut. I completely understand that there are drive thru times that you have to get while working there. When I roll up to the drive-thru window I am not slow and I normally have most things ready, and don't look for a conversation and am ready to roll. However today I was shocked and appalled by how I was greeted at the window. I get that your times for orders are important but it should not take away from the customer service side even the simplest hello. That was disgusting. It wasn't even...
