good location, but it was so unfortunate, because the lady taking our order was so rude to my parents. "I need to know how many cones to punch in. It's an addition." with attitude. How are we supposed to know HOW to order when we've never been there before. They even forgot one of our ice cream cones. When we asked for the last item on our order, she looked at me and gestured her hand like "what do you want?" I understand that it's really hot inside the little place, but you just can't speak to customers that way. I'd rather walk the extra 5 mins to the other place across the street and get ice...

Place seems to have taken a turn for the worse. However it might just be new owner growing pains. Waited 1 hr and 10 minutes for kids pizza, only to have staff tell us "it didn't work", and give us our money back. It was odd, and short of proper customer service. Might need a season to bring it up to speed.

Update: June 2021

Seems to be getting better. Burger was good, fries were good. There was a long line and they made good progress.

Great menu, home made burgers, hand cut fries, actual cheese curds for the poutine. ...

Very rude costumer service. I asked for a receipt politely but the owner threw it at counter like throwing garbage which was disrespectful. Food was mediocre at best with salty burgers, small portions, dry fries, and it was nothing special. I've ordered here before and it was a more pleasant experience with better tasting food. Not sure if the previous owners sold the restaurant. It's just better to walk a few more mins for better food and customer service to another restaurant...
