Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Upper Tantallon

Wow this place has gone downhill. Today on my lunch break i visited this location. I ordered a medium triple triple, a cookie, an ice lemonade and two pizzas. I’m very UNHAPPY. I waited for 15 minutes! 15! And they didn’t bother making my food. I walked in the store and seen employees fighting. Than they were ignoring all of us and catering to the drive thru only. I asked for a frozen lemonade to be told they don’t make them at that location, once I expressed that’s not true… than the employee proceeds to ring it in after telling me they don’t have it? Terrible service, by far the worst Tim hortons ran in this entire province, I was being laughed at and outright ignored. They were so awful today I asked for a full refund. Never giving this place my business again. 15 minutes no food being made, and I had to repeat what my drinks were to an entirely different employee rather than the one who was supposed to ring me through...

I usually get really good service at this location but today was a little different. I asked for a vanilla cold brew at the order screen. The attendant entered it as an original. I confirmed vanilla again before driving up to the window. Once at the window, I could see there was no vanilla cream in the drink. I told the young man at the window that it was supposed to have vanilla and he said, “Well yeah, if you put vanilla in it.” I told him that that was what I had ordered. He charged me another 20 cents (no big deal) and took the drink away. He brought it back and said he had put vanilla in it. It still looked like a black coffee with ice in it but I didn’t feel like holding up the line. After tasting the drink, I could tell he had done nothing with it. I have been in customer service for 20 years and I know people make mistakes but when a customer has an issue, you fix it and you don’t try to make the customer...

At this location you will be served well and politely(IF YOU DRIVE THROUGH) If you go inside and stand to place an order and a staff member of Asian ancestry sees you,you will be acknowledged and served well. If however it is one of two caucasian staff members in particular that is responsible for serving you,you may stand there for over a minute,unacknowledged despite having been obviously seen. The best way to deal with such attitude is to refuse to pay until the items have been served properly or to refuse service and look for the items you were looking for at the Tims on the Hammonds Plains road,north of the 103.
