I can not even begin to explain how absolutely horrible this experience was for my family. I ordered the wing and rib deal that included a 2l bottle of pop. When receiving the food I noticed how incredibly small the portions were. When I went to pay for my food their debit machine lost internet connection, so I grabbed cash for the delivery guy to not have enough change. He proceded to tell me he had to return to the store for another machine.sat in my driveway with his his loud truck running, returned to my door four additional times. I own pets, and had to contain them in a room every time he came to the door. 20 minutes later im still waiting for them to figure out a way for me to pay for it, by this time the food is cold, and surprise surprise the chicken was raw ( pink). I would strongly suggest if you need to eat from these people i would suggest going to the store since they are apparently unable to provide the delivery service the offer. And on top of all of this happening I am on the phone with the manager explaining the situation to be told, ITS MT FAULT that I did not order the food online, he then ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD information to charge me for it over the phone. I told him I did not want to do that, and the manager told me that I live in a bad area where the machine does not work. I live in Hyland Park about 6 minute drive from the store , when I said this he proceded to drag me over the phone about how this is all my problem and that I should have just ordered online. I got so frustrated and upset with the manager yelling at me over the phone that my mother had to take it from me and tell him to stop. When I said that was unacceptable, over an hour and a half for an order, they said they were short drivers. When I said it was still not okay - they should be telling customers, I was shouted at. Read moreWow. Ordered a large a medium pizza and it was nearly 80$ was shocked at the price when the driver told me. Told him I wanted to tap may card when paying and he asked how much I wanted to tip. I felt very put on the spot and told him the $6 delivery fee charge was more then enough. He told me the owner keeps that and doesn't give it to his drivers. Did not give him a tip. Driver was very rude saying "okay bro" basically threw the food my face. Pizza wasn't good. Very little toppings and no cheese. Not worth $70. Called to speak to the owner about the driver and was hung up on. Next time I'll make the trip...
