Do Not Get Bike Repair Here!! Here's our experience and you decide. My husband brought in a tire 1 month ago with a broken spoke, didn't want to pay to fix it yet so the man put a zip tie on it for him so he could ride it until he wanted to fix it...great customer service. A month goes by and another breaks so he decides to get it fixed. Took it in Monday morning, took three days to get it "fixed" picked it up Thursday morning and brought it home. In hindsight should have checked the work while there...but he looks at it and there are still two broken spokes and the original ZIP TIE!! Took it right back, at most the two drives and time at home is 30 minutes. The guy said they would put a rush on it to fix it for free...again great customer service. Next day down hill hard on any type of service. He gets a call that he broke it after they fixed it because they looked at it and it was fixed and they won't fix it again. I went on a bike ride to the Bike and Bean coffee shop on May 31, 2020. It was my longest ride (65 kilometres). I planned to get to the coffee shop before 4 pm; however, I got there at 4:10 and the coffee shop was closed. I badly needed some water. I knock on the door of the bike shop for some water. But the gentleman refused to give me water due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I understand that the situation and people are scared of COVID-19 but let us not forget we are human after all and if we don't look after each other in this difficult time God knows what will happen to us. Please try to help each other, but stay 6 feet apart and remember to wash your hand frequently. Hopefully, we will pass this...

Great location and options for food, but the pricing and inconsistencies on their menu have left a bad impression.

The sandwiches are overpriced and the menu is misleading. It’s labelled on the outdoor takeout menu that every sandwich comes with a side salad. When I asked if they forgot the side salad when the sandwiches came out, the staff just said “sorry dude, we forgot to change the sign”. I can’t be the first person to have this happen, it can’t be that difficult to put some tape over the “comes with a side salad” part.

$13 for a tiny turkey sandwich without a side is wild. I hope they update their menu and pricing, because at the moment the sandwiches aren’t worth what...
