Spanish Banks East Concession — Restaurant in Vancouver

A sand beach about 8 km. Long. One sees only blue sky, the sea, and the mountains. Has a lot of tree shades.. lots of parking..but weekends...lots people They had public washroom, and 2 stands that sells confectionery. Including the best chips with fish..

Use your torch light after dark. No lights here after dark

The ocean water is cold not that, that..great for swimming

-Good place to do family or friends bbq -Good place to go read a book. Good romantic place to jogg, walk, or sit in car Good place to bring your bike, electric scooter, to ride down this very scenic, beach lots of poles for you to set up for nets of volley ball. end of July, beginning of August, they had fireworks. This is a best place to see firework. lots of big logs lay on sand beaches for personal privacy and sun tanning...a good place to do it. a good place to go barefoot in the sand...

I see lots of yachts on water.. Wind surfing, other water sports.

I been to England's cornwall beach...and other beaches..no food stand..small beach.. 20% as good as this one...who needs to go Hawaii..

Hawaii is right here at our back yard. This beach mimics Switzerland that I had been during my study time in London. UK.

I come here once a week in hot weather for the scenic heaven and fish and chips.!!! Custom Made & hot.

Had to come by car. Otherwise a bus drops you off on 4 th avenue. 25 minutes walk...

Spanish Banks East Beach Concession Area — Has excellent viewing /seating area adjacent to concession stand & public washrooms/lifeguard house , along with separated cycling -walking -paths & wide open sandy beaches that stretch for kilometres — & quite a lot of wildlife spotting, along with sailing/sailboarding & other activities

It’s another favourite spot of mine to “Zen like Hell” 🤣😉 & take in the panoramic views from its wide open (180 degrees uninterrupted) from ocean- mountains & city skyline beyond)

I generally go to this Beach off season/after hours (early evenings/mornings, mid afternoons of midweek days) - I generally avoid crowded holidays/summer tourist season & weekends.

October to April seems to be a time when it’s ok to take your dog out ont the beach (on leash).but it’s best to confirm with VANCOUVER Parks &...

Food was great and fresh. Ordered the onion rings and a jumbo Hotdog. It is not cheap. Hotdog, onion rings and a pop was near $17.00 but that is average for concession. Only o e person at the stand so service was a bit slow by he did his best to get everyone served quickly. Waited around 17 minutes for my food and the line was around 8 people long with me being the third in line. Sorry no photos but the food looked as I expected it to. It was hot, fresh and as delicious as fried onion rings and a hotdog can get, when not...
