Restaurant Pizza Rose — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

I have been ordering from rose for years and have always been more than satisfied Last night when our pizza showed up there was a mistake, they had made the same pizza twice instead of what I ordered. These things happen. However when I called I was treated like I was lying and trying to get a free pizza. The finally agreed to send me the correct pizza but insisted on taking back the other one. We’re they going to give it to someone else? When the new pizza arrived it was a terrible pizza I tried to call back to speak with the owner or a manager and was just left on hold until I finally hung up. It is sad when customer service is of such little importance. I believe in supporting small buisness however poor service is poor service. I was not at all difficult about this situation and I have been on the other end of this situation. Mistakes do happen but it is how they are dealt with that makes the mark

Pizza is pretty good but overpriced. Would still have left 4 stars but the owner is dishonest. Ordered pizza online for delivery and the bill stated 0$ delivery charge and when they showed up they tried to charge me 3$. The delivery person called her boss who refused to remove the fee which is illegal since the bill that was given to me at the moment of the order indicated no delivery fee. If he had waved the amount as he was obligated to(only 3$) he would have kept a client. ** See answer from owner at bottom. I've only order once since buying this house and didn't notice they had lied about the fee otherwise I wouldn't have ordered again. So no I didn't know. Instead of addressing the fact they say no fee on the bill and then add it when they show up they talk about the fact I added extras to my pizza which has nothing to do with the issue. We ordered 2 gyros, 1 steak/pep sub and a burger trio. 30 minutes after i ordered, he called to tell me that he had no bread left to make the gyros. So i ordered a steak sub instead. The steak sub literally had 2 pieces of steak, the rest were mushrooms and onions. The steak/pep sub was ok. The burger was overcooked. I called the restaurant on speaker with my boss. The man who answered the phone argued with me that he saw them put a lot of steak in the sub. I guess the mice must have eaten the steak before they packed it. There were 2 pieces of steak. This man argued with me and was so bloody rude. We threw the menu in the recycling and will never order from there again. And i bet he'll respond to this review by saying we never ordered from there LOL . Horrible customer service and the food...
