My friend and I went to try out Jabs. We ordered take out but just sat in once a spot opened. TL;DR, Nothing insane, anyone saying 10/10 is capping, prob 7.2/10 solid spot tho, worth to try for the first time and for a local burger spot in Vaughan but there’s deff better. If u like thin soft fries, go for it.
Food: We had the Chicken sandwich, The Cheese, and Oklahoma and a side of fries. The beef was well done, a little charry even. The patties were thin not too dry but not super juicy. Oklahoma was more moist than the cheese but prob from the onions. I preferred the cheese, however both are very similar. Nonetheless, the burgers are not bad at all. For a local spot it’s deff good but it’s worth to just go down a few streets to burger priest. Adding on, compared to Rosie’s, or Rudy’s, this doesn’t compete. I’d give these burgers (7.5/10)
The Chicken burger was pretty disappointing. Don’t get me wrong it was a solid sandwich. The chicken itself was huge, and very thick, but it was almost too much chicken. I wish they could add more sauce to not make it feel like I’m eating just chicken lol. It wasn’t super crispy, the batter would kinda slide off on some parts too. I’d give it a 7/10.
Fries: For a burger joint I’m hella picky on the fries, these fries I can tell were from Mccains lol. They were very thin and soft, I usually like my fries thicker and crispy. I wasnt a fan of the fries but I can see why some ppl may be. 5/10.
Overall the place is really chill and nice. I’m glad a spot opened up in Vaughan, bout time lol. It’s deff worth to try it out, the service is very good too. I’d deff go back to try their other stuff but wouldn’t label this as the best smash...

Let’s get something straight — this isn’t just another burger spot. That name is either a modest joke or a quiet bit of swagger, and I’m betting it’s the latter. Because what’s happening inside this unassuming joint in Vaughan-Woodbridge is anything but ordinary.
The burger? A proper smash — crisp-edged, deeply flavored, the kind of thing that makes you wonder why you’ve wasted so much time on overbuilt, over-stacked monstrosities. This one’s honest. The patty is just the right size — not a slab, not a sliver. And the bun? Light, fluffy, like a damn cloud that exists solely to cradle the meat. It doesn’t try to steal the show, it just gets it.
Then there’s the sauce — a house blend, clearly, something between mayo and aioli with a delicate shot of vinegar. Just enough bite to keep things interesting without blowing out your palate. It whispers, doesn’t scream. Subtlety is a lost art in the burger world. These guys found it.
The fries? Generous enough to share, but let’s not kid ourselves — you’ll eat the whole thing. Crispy, golden, no gimmicks, just fries done right.
And the service — man, the chef brought the tray to my table and checked in on the meal like he actually gave a damn. That kind of care is rare, and it shows. You can feel the passion here — in the food, the vibe, the whole experience. They’re not just feeding people, they’re trying. And that’s worth something.
JABS is a welcome punch to the mouth of a burger scene that’s gotten a little too complacent. No fluff, no filler — just heart, heat, and...

I never judge a meal during, I judge it based on how I feel post-meal. Am I fatigued? Groggy? Not in the slightest. I felt like I could run a marathon.
Burgers are excellent. I should’ve got a double patty for sure.
All the vegetables are FRESH TO DXXTH. Be it the tomatoes and lettuce and onion. Or the potatoes for the fries. FRESH.
I also dislike pickles. Like borderline despise. But I also dislike altering menu items so I gave Oklahoma a chance and asked if the pickles are made in-house. DUHHH of course they are, so I let them be in the burger. And that, friends, is HOW A PICKLE SHOULD TASTE.
I mean it’s soft opening right so of course the oil is fresh. But not like “oh yesterday’s oil” fresh. That was oil changed a couple hours ago max. The fries were so delicious. No after over fried oily taste. Nothing. I got cheese sauce on the side and of course it cooled down throughout the meal. And why is that ok ? BECAUSE IT DIDNT CLUMP UP. It remained a SAUCE.
I also dislike banana pudding because it usually taste like medicine when made poorly. BUT THIS banana pudding is 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
My husband was so pleased with his burger he had to order another one.
There was 2 other families there seated beside us and safe to say their feelings were exactly like ours.
Love this place. Highly recommend. Somebody start planning the parade.
I wish you guys huge success keep up...
