If you like Indian food and I mean authentic tasting Indian food, you have to try this new restaurant. The chef understands how to balance bringing out the flavours of the spices and injecting the heat to slowly build without over powering the spices. The food is fresh, flavourful and colourful. We had the Butter Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, Lamb Biryani, Darbar Grill and amazing Garlic Naan. We had the food prepared with Medium heat and it was a good level for those that don't want it too hot. For four people who like to eat, we felt comfortable but still had room for dessert. The atmosphere of the restaurant takes you quietly to India and the servers will make you feel welcomed. Treat yourself and your senses to this new restaurant, you will be very pleased.

It's a good clean restaurant and the staff are nice. Darbar serves pretty good food, some highlights would be great naan bread, great tasting vindaloo, and a really nice tandoori chicken that is well priced and presented better than a lot of other Indian food restaurants in Saskatoon. Warman isn't known for having good food at all, so this was a nice change. It was pretty good, though the flavors do seem a little tailored / turned down for the locals -- which you can't fault them for. I would definitely recommend trying Darbar out if you're looking for a decent sit-down Indian food experience in the Saskatoon area.

One of my prior visits the individual at the counter even offered to help carry my takeout order to the truck. Who provides that type of service these days?? Definitely go here!! Can't wait to try much more of the menu!

From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable. Server(The Girl) i dont know name went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience, making us feel truly valued and cared for(Such a Awesome Service by her). As for the food, every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Whether it was the aromatic vegetarian dishes, each bite was a delight to the senses. Every visit to Darbar has been consistently amazing, and it's clear that they take great pride in offering both delicious cuisine and exceptional service. It's definitely worth every penny and remains our top choice for a memorable dining...

I had no idea what to order, as we were doing pickup for our first experienceā€¦ after finding out sadly that Black Pepper in Martensville closed. The woman on the phone was SO helpful explaining the flavours and suggesting dishes that fit our dietary needs. The meal was AMAZING. We ordered two veggie dishes and a chicken dish, the pakora, and garlic naan. It was all so delicious, full of flavour, and good quantities. So thankful we tried Darbar, will now be our go-to for Indian cuisine. Thank you!

Addition This really has become our favourite place to go out to eat! We always have such a lovely dining experience and we drive from an hour away....
