The chef understands how to balance bringing out the flavours of the spices and injecting the heat to slowly build without over powering the spices. The food is fresh, flavourful and colourful.
We had the Butter Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, Lamb Biryani, Darbar Grill and amazing Garlic Naan. We had the food prepared with Medium heat and it was a good level for those that don't want it too hot. For four people who like to eat, we felt comfortable but still had room for dessert.
The atmosphere of the restaurant takes you quietly to India and the servers will make you feel welcomed.

From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable. Server(The Girl) i dont know name went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience, making us feel truly valued and cared for(Such a Awesome Service by her). As for the food, every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Whether it was the aromatic vegetarian dishes, each bite was a delight to the senses. Every visit to Darbar has been consistently amazing, and it's clear that they take great pride in offering both delicious cuisine and exceptional service. I had no idea what to order, as we were doing pickup for our first experience… after finding out sadly that Black Pepper in Martensville closed. The woman on the phone was SO helpful explaining the flavours and suggesting dishes that fit our dietary needs. The meal was AMAZING. We ordered two veggie dishes and a chicken dish, the pakora, and garlic naan. It was all so delicious, full of flavour, and good quantities. So thankful we tried Darbar, will now be our go-to for Indian cuisine. Thank you!
