Venice House Pizza — Restaurant in Warman

This place is HORRIBLE! Took my mother for a meal for the first time and when we left we bought two large pizzas and they over charged us as if we bought individual ones at 34.99 a pizza instead of the 2 for 1 deal. We left there at 9:30pm and when we got home we ate one piece and threw it out. They close at 10pm . I called the place at 12pm the next day 1 hour after they open and the guy that could barley speak English and was acting like a mafia boss said why didnt I call him that night and took so long to call? I said explained that first they over charged us and then the pizza was terrible. He kept asking why I didnt call and I told him because they were closed and I'm calling right now first thing in the morning when you open. He refused to do anything calling me a bum and would not tell me who owned the place so I could contact them and hung up. I will be seeking further help to resolve this situation. It's not about the money it's about how they run there business and treat people. This place is shady and I hope NO ONE gives them there business in warman. We dont need people like this running business here. I'm sure the food for some people was good. The point is they made a mistake and our pizzas were terrible. Fix it and be professional and problem solved. I never complain, but today I had to and will make sure my voice is heard one...

We have dined in for lunch and used take out option for supper. They have a good selection of menu options. Their dry ribs were very good and the burgers/fries combo size was really big.

They have a gluten free option which is prepared separately from the other pizza prep area so no cross contamination which is very important for someone like myself following a celiac food lifestyle.

They could use some improvement on quantity of toppings for gluten free pizza, amount of sauce on pizzas could be upped abit and also on atmosphere.. otherwise they would've gotten a 5/5 on it all!

Super accommodating with larger groups. Call them directly to get bigger discounts for group orders then using the online option....

So I just had an experience today with the Venice house in warman. The order I placed was for a party pack with large pizzas and we ended up getting XL and the wrong order of cheese bread. I was overcharged because of it. I called Venice house and the manager was super helpful and immediately offered to refund the difference and let us keep the XL size pizzas. I really appreciated that considering this economy has become so expensive, not to mention I hate wasting food and i had a hangry toddler who wanted his pizza NOW lol. I would give them 5/5 if it wasn't the fact they made an error even after me saying large on the phone. Their customer service and food is definitely 5/5 though. Will be back again to order...
