Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

Upon arriving to the location, we (2 separate people with 2 separate orders) we were greeted, then TJ was served. he asked for a hot and ready and was told there would be 10 minutes due to none being ready... we thought ok sure. The guy then leaves...and doesn't take my order for roughly 10 minutes. I order my Canadian pizza and i know theirs going to be a wait for that, but we had to wait anyways. our pizzas come out of the oven and are set on the cutting block. and for at-least 15 minutes just sat there while this guy took customer after customer without bothering to cut our pizza so we could leave. Mean while employee number 2 is just standing around in the back. It took over 40 minutes total to get the following 1 hot and ready, 1 Canadian, 4 dipping sauce and 2 pop and some crazy bread. This was during my 30 minute lunch break.... never in my life have i ever seen such abysmal service, not to mention slow service from a place you only go to for quick service. We almost feel like it would have been more worth the time to order ahead at a more reputable chain next time then to visit this establishment. We actually had to REQUEST our pizza to be cut so we could leave. then the young man at the register almost just threw the pizza into a box with a ton of attitude. i almost want a refund for the order.

The prices of Little Ceasars are very fair. Hot n Ready Pizza and Crazy bread is delicious WHEN ITS FRESH. I recommend coming at 1pm or 5pm for Hot n Ready items. Seems that this is when they are fresh. Ordered pizzas like the stuffed crust are delicious but cost twice as much as Hot n Ready Pizzas. Pop is WAY overpriced. (Definitely worth making a second stop at nearby convenience stores or anywhere else for your beverages) Staff is very friendly! Parking is not the best in the plaza, very cramped and its hard to leave the plaza if you are turning left on your way out. All in all, best value for what you get pizza wise, but definitely not gourmet food. Also, they stop making Hot n Ready Pizza available an hour before closing so basically you have to order at least half an hour before closing time so a thumbs down for that. No dine in available and no single pizza slices are sold here. You get what you...

There was this white girl, I don’t know her named but she was a cashier looking at me strange. When my pizza was ready she just dropped the box on the counter and looked at me. And didn’t even say nothing. I found it disrespectful and disgusting. Back story: I bought pizza from there and tasted really bad, I went back to get it remade because I am not going to waste the $18 that I spent for a pizza that’s not good. When I came back, that was the treatment that I got. I will never come back again...
