Absolutely garbage was served a 2 hour old coffee and it was cold as ice there is no time written on the pot for 20 minute freshness spoke to a so called manager at the store i say so called because the person i was told was a manager was wearing the regular colour grey shirt and i know managers or supervisors usually wear a black shirt she started to argue with me instead of apologizing and offering to make a fresh cup for me and tried to argue the fact i take 4 cream in my coffee is why the coffee was stone cold and tasted like garbage after brewing a fresh pot for me and adding my 4 cream 2 sweetner i felt the cup and it was hot i then asked for the so called manager to come back and see me and i asked her to feel the cup and she said its hot i told yup i drink this coffee multiple times a day so i know when it’s too cold and hours stale overall a terrible experience here will never return to this location unless i want to get sick then ill return beware...

I’ve come to realize they turn the toaster speed to the max as nothing ever gets toasted whatsoever. Asked for DOUBLE toasted yet this was still the outcome a non-toasted cold breakfast sandwich. The fact they’re cutting corners to just get you out so they can go back to do nothing is alarming. Every time I’ve gone all employees are acting like highschool kids at camp talking in middle-eastern languages which is extremely unprofessional because who knows what they’re saying and if it’s about you. Very unwelcoming, unprofessional, terrible customer service, and food quality. Will definitely not be going to this location again and will be going to the location down the road which actually do their jobs according to Tim Hortons standards. Read more90% of the time I come here to get coffee I’m dissatisfied, my order is either wrong (and they seem annoyed to have to fix it) one time they REFUSED to fix my order that THEY messed up, they’ve given a great deal of attitude, or they’re all just miserable and makes for negative vibes. Today I mobile ordered a latte cause how can u mess up a mobile order....... yet they still managed to disappoint by handing me a latte that was slightly more than half full. I paid four dollars for a cup that was barely 3 inches full. Makes me think paying more at Timothy’s down the hall is worth it? Atleast you get what you’re paying for and you get it...
