VERY DISAPPOINTED/ Stick with the soup only!

When you ask your server "Dave" to not bring the spicy sauce for your appetizer plate and he still does = SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY WARNING SIGN!!

I asked to get something that had no spice but there were no substitutions in the lunch plates so I decided on beef with onions and broccoli and some green beans instead of peppers that was a dinner plate . I get my plate laced with hot pepper flakes! Question: what did he not understand from no spice and no peppers?

And I get a pile of rice noodles delivered with my husband's soup 10 mins afterwards that got all stuck as one big blob. They redo my plate only to get uncooked broccoli and green beans, no onions and piece of eggshell.

To top it all off I had to walk up to the bar to get myself a refill because "Dave" dropped the plate. So I ask him where my onions are and he never came back until we were ready to leave. So I got a to got box from another server. Our server sees this and oh now you want to help us because you will get paid! TOO LATE I understand if I asked for something off menu but this was simple, no spice. And I need to drink with my meal due to health reasons.

Please Note: The smell of javex everytime they wash the tabletops is very offputting. So that just added to my unsatisfying meal.

After years of coming here, I AM DISAPPOINTED and I should have listened to my Husband and stick to the soup only!

Went here on 3 separate occasions, 1 was sit in, the other 2 were takeout. Ordered a different dish every time, and each one was bland. Can't recall the first dish I ordered (it wasn't memorable obviously), but the second one was a chicken and noodle dish with absolutely no seasoning, it was just chicken and plain noodles. That was it. The noodles actually stuck together as I tried to tear them apart and eat. The third one I ordered was a beef dish that had no beef, I was given a broth bowl of stringy beef fat to eat with a separate dish of rice. There wasn't any edible bit of beef in that dish (see the picture). Paid I think it was $16 for a beef + rice dish where the only edible part was the rice, unbelievable. The one time we sat in, the service was good, but the restaurant was sorta... not clean and boring. It was warm inside, they didn't put down the blinds to block the sun coming into our side of the restaurant, there was visible dust on the tables/glasses (the sun shining on everything wasn't helping to hide that), and the waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed/busy. It took us a long time to get her attention so we could get our bill and leave. My friend had ordered the Pho and said it was just ok, nothing special. After the third chance I gave this place and receiving easily the worst meal I had ever purchased in my life, I've decided never to eat here again, and I warn anyone off from eating here. Everything is average - except the food, which is BLAND and low-quality. Learn to use some seasonings. If you want good Vietnamese, go to Pho Dau Bo, it's a 20 minute drive for us but worth...

The food wasn’t terrible but the service was genuinely horrifying. First time visiting here as I normally go to pho dau Bo and the people there usually know what I want. But this restaurant was closer to my house. When ordering the lady at the desk was incredibly dismissive and rushed and very very rude. Barely gave me time to look at the menu before she started barking at me to order. I placed my order and to be fair the food got out very quickly. When I was leaving I saw written on the receipt that the meat was given to me raw. I thought it must be a mistake and when I went inside to rectify it, I was met with some of the most horrifying customer service, she very rudely said that I had to specify if I wanted the meat cooked or not. I’ve never had to do that at any of the other pho places I’ve gone to and this was my first time here. When I asked if she could just cook the beef she ripped the bag out of my hands and threw it at one of the workers to cook. I have never felt more uncomfortable and have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. The only good thing I have to say is that when I had initially come back in this white guy came up to me and was actually listening and worried and wanted to help me. But he was also interrupted by the lady. Overall food was meh, but it was overshadowed by the terrible customer service. I will not be returning and would much rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the pho restaurants that care...
