Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Welland

Two instances I ordered and had the worst service ever. I ordered a croissant a while back and asked them to warm it up which usually is never an issue, they gave me the croissant and told me to warm it in the microwave. I asked them again to heat it as thats what I asked when I paid, again I was rudely dismissed and told to just use a microwave. Now just today I ordered a sausage farmers wrap and with the 6 people always working behind the counter, probably two were actively working, while one was continuously taking orders even though they were clearly backed up. I waited 20 minutes for one wrap. Employees need constant reminders of what was ordered and nobody actually does any work. The food is okay mid at best, but not worth 20 minutes of waiting surrounded by people asking me what their job was. While these two experiences are my most disappointing, my visits here are never satisfying, my morning London fog usually takes ten minutes which is insane once again as 6 people are "working" yet nothing gets done. You need more training or new employees, the services here are not productive or time efficient. super...

On multiple orders they got my drinks wrong, they list options on the mobile app that aren't available in person, and today it took me nearly twenty minutes to get my sandwich from the moment I placed my order. Granted, it may have been during a rush, but about ten people who not only ordered in person but also after I placed my mobile order, got their stuff early. Really dissatisfied with the service, and they need to satisfy mobile order to the letter more often.

Edit: their service is still god awful slow and their scanner is set up so that if you have tap to pay but want to scan your account for points, it just straight up makes you pay before scanning for points. Unintuitive and also dumb, and they got...

I had a very bad experience today. I ordered everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. We had two orders. And the girl who took my order kept the orders on the top. My friend got the Same thing she ordered, suddenly mine was took by someone else. I thought she ordered the same thing. But no, the staff just said everything bagel, may be she thought it was hers. Same time I thought the same thing. The staff whom I gave the order noticed this and she didn't say anything. So I confirmed it was not mine. At the end I got something else.
