Ya there's no such thing as a "General" Critic" because critics have to specialize in something first, to even be chosen as a critic. Read moreI recently visited the Tim Hortons location in Welland and it was hands down the worst experience I've had in a long time. To start, the drive-thru service was incredibly slow and it took several minutes just to place my order. When I finally received my food, I was extremely disappointed to be told that the snacks I had ordered were not available and that they would be replacing them with more donuts.
This was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of attention to customer service. I was extremely disappointed and felt as though my time and money had been wasted. The staff seemed uninterested in helping to rectify the situation, which only added to my frustration.
I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location and would not recommend it to anyone. There are many other options available in the area and I suggest choosing one of them instead. This experience was a complete waste of time and money and I would not wish it upon...
Read moreWell when I was there the first thing noticed was FLYS. They were EVERYWHERE!!!. I'm not talking like a couple. There were flys on the counter, in the glass, in the tables in the bathroom. It was out of control. Then the next thing I noticed was how long it took to get some service. Normally they take your money rite away than make you wait. I didn't even get a "We'll be right with you sir" or anything. But the 4 of them did great at handing coffees out the window. I counted probably 3 cars a donut and 5 coffees before I was seen. About another 5 before my order was taken. I get when places get busy but this was LAZY. After I placed my order rite back to the window to get more coffees. Finally after 12 minutes I got an icecap.
