Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wellington North

worst experience at a pizza place. EVER!!!! ordered thru the app so we wouldn't have to wait around for it to be made... i got there, planned to just run in real quick, pay and grab my food... so i always check my pizzas before i leave anywhere, thank goodness... cause i opened the one pizza which was totally wrong... it had all the veggies on one side and just meat on the other... and then i opened the bottom pizza and it was literally a burnt crust with no toppings at all on one side and the other had a tiny small cluster of toppings that were burnt and totally the wrong toppings as well. so i say I'll take the one wrong pizza and the lava cakes but I'm not paying for them. and you can keep this burnt broken crust with nothing on it. she says no, it'll be $26.58 or we can make you another one, the toppings must have slid to the one side when it was cooking... Hmm that's interesting... there's no way possible that could happen lmfaooo oh and no thanks I'm not waiting another 20 minutes and then still paying full price. when you guys totally screwed up the order completely. I'll be calling to speak to the head office on Monday. unfortunately i didn't have my phone on me so i couldn't take any pics but if i had the pizza i sure wouldn't be posting this right now... I'd be eating it. so i took the $46.75 (which was how much the original order was) and I'll be going to Goodfellas pizza in Flesherton. since they can manage to actually make a proper pizza. glad i didn't pay with my credit card they the app or...

EDIT: An upgrade of my review here is definitely in order. While they for sure had some growing pains in the beginning, as is only natural, over the last year or more this Domino's location has really been knocking it out of the park. We've Zero complaints with quality now and the service is always fast & friendly. They definitely did get better. 😏

Further, we just had an issue with our last order through the app, and the Manager, Kartik, called me back promptly and resolved the situation very satisfactorily. I now highly recommend this location and we will for sure continue to be regular, happy customers here.

(original review, 2021) They never seem to put enough sauce on the wings, usually hardly any at all. Pizza was just OK. We've eaten at many Domino's locations and usually quite enjoy it. Maybe it's due to this location being new? Hopefully...

Be very careful. Ordered a pizza. There was supposed to be a code on the receipt to get a free pizza next time you order if you review online. This is what the gentleman explained to me. I then asked for the receipt and he offered the debut receipt. I said no I want the receipt with the code for a free pizza. He gave me someone else’s receipt out of the garbage can and said this code will work too. I thought it was weird so I checked the bank and he charged me almost $40 for one pizza. So I went back and he told me it was an accident because he was so busy and gave me the extra $15 he charged me back in cash. I can’t help but believe he purposely didn’t give me my receipt to double charge me and pocket the money. Why wouldn’t he just give me my receipt unless he was hiding something ???Will never order...
