food is great.. ambience is great.. the server was friendly, until her last trip on checking us.

so, here's what happened, she was checking if we want a pop refill, or if she can remove the used plate.. well that's her job and I feel sorry for her if she maybe feel too old for going back and forth, but again, that is her job.

but she also going back and forth to us to check if everything is okay which to me is unnecessary to do so often. because if it's not okay, we will just pay and walk away, or if we are done.

now, on her last trip before we feel disappointed, she came to us and ask if we're still going to buffet, and mentioned something about the steps she is making to check on us.

at that moment, we were still planning to going for another round, we're just relaxing letting our body to digest what we already had while I was making a very positive and commendable review, then I discontinued my review, then me and my wife mutually felt the same towards her attitude.

upon payment, It seems to me that she noticed I didn't give her tip because of disappointment, so she kinda throw the receipt on the counter, I mean not gently.

I didn't have the receipt because their pinpad didn't print a duplicate so she ask me if I needed the receipt, I said no so I gave it to her because ai know what's happening to their pinpad.

I am also working in service industry so I know when is my cue and when to leave the customer alone and let them...

Last two times I’ve ordered here I’ve asked for no sweet and sour sauce because I don’t like it. Both times I’ve gotten home and it’s smothered with s&s sauce. The last time the chow mein was so dark with soy sauce I couldn’t eat it because it was so salty. I almost wrote a review but thought…they we’re really busy so I let it go. So tonight I decided to order a combo dinner that didn’t have a s&s sauce so there’d be no mistake. And I told the girl about the chow mein was too salty and almost black with soy and she said it was probably because they were so busy and it was a mistake. I originally gave this place three stars when it opened as the food was not terrible. The service could’ve been better and the prices were OK. I recently decided to retry it and see if I wanted to change my review. I came in on a Wednesday around 7–8 p.m. The food tasted greasy old and terrible. The wonton soup tasted old and was even somewhat hard to bite into. The eggrolls were super greasy and salty. The only thing that was good was the desserts but that’s because those are pre-bought from a store. The service was OK.
