Lin's Takeout Restaurant — Restaurant in Westville

If I could give a lower rating for my first experience here I would. The woman that took my order and waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful in tone and mannerisms. I have been working in customer service for over 12 years and I have never encountered the likes. So before calling I checked the time they closed 9pm. I called at 8:29 and placed my order. She asked me to be there within 10 mins as they were closing soon. She did not enquire as to where I was travelling from. I got ready and left was on route 12 mins from the time I placed the order she called me back to find out if I was coming. I told her I was and that I was on the highway and she stated the highway. In a disbelieving tone . I advise that we were coming from New Glasgow. Then I get there 10 mins before 9 pm and I have never felt so rushed she was huffing and sighing and rolling her eyes at me because my card did not work so I had to get another one out of the car. I am so disappointed in the service from the tall blonde woman who waited on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to eat on the service alone. First and last...

Disgusting. We eat Chinese food on the regular(not in this area) and this was just horrible, worst we have ever had. Waaaaay too much garlic on the beef and brocolli I myself would not even eat it, it was basically eating a piece of garlic. Rice was not good, ribs were tough and not tasty, chicken balls were tough and the sauce was not that great. Egg rolls were ok and really the only thing we ate. I will never go back here again. I paid 20 bucks For a meal that was disgusting. There was one shrimp and two skinny pieces of dried out chewy beef. The rest was veg. The lady that gave me my order at this takeout restaurant was super friendly until I hit the ”no tip” button then she was super rude and pushed the food at me like I was garbage.
