I SWEAR I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!--- This place is seriously something else. I was having a dinner party, had a few friends over with their kids and we decided to get chinese food. I placed an order and they told me it would take 45 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes no one came.. i waited an hour no one came,, then I decided to call and see what was going on- they said " oh your order is on its way" so i waited.. ANOTHER 30 MINUTES-- nothing.. I called them again, and they said oh well they are on their way. Im sorrrrryyyy.. I live on Main street.. Its literally a ten minute drive from one end of town to the other.. Where did they go exactly!?!?!?Peru? I had 10 people waiting at my house for dinner. Then I waited another 15 minutes. NOTHING- I called them again and said listen my food is probably cold to which they stated no its not because its under heat lamps.. WHAT HEAT LAMPS?? Car heat lamps.. wow what a phenomenal invention. . The lady on the other line was really quick to say we can just cancel the order.. WHY THE HELL WOULD I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.. I AM STARVING!!!! --- . how about " sorry for the inconvenience and for your starving family- we can discount the food.. she would actually cancel an entire order after an hour and 45 minutes than offer some sort of compensation. I'm very unhappy (to say the least) with the owners of this establishment. I had an amazing race for my daughters birthday last Saturday and when I asked the owners if they could help me out by selling me fortune cookies to give out to the children they agreed. I offered to pre pay for them or to send the children with money to buy them but Tran said he doesn't charge for fortune cookies and to just send the kids in. He seemed very happy to help me with the race and I was very happy to have such a great business owner in stouffville. But the day of the race that all seemed to change. When the children went in to get the cookies he was yelling at them to get out of his store. He was very rude and mean to them. Please keep in mind these are children ages 5- 11 years old. All week I was telling everyone I saw, at the gym, at work, at the grocery store that they should eat there because the people are so nice. But now, here I am writting this bad review instead. I will never eat there and I will tell everyone I know to not go there. But I'm sure everyone that attended my daughters party, all 25 kids told their parents already about...

I always order from this restaurant, and especially during these times I do my best to support local restaurants here in stouffville during the pandemic. I just placed an 80$ Order through Uber, the vegetable fried rice from my order was missing ( not the end of the world but I paid for it). I tried contacting the driver no luck, so I called the restaurant to simply find out what happened. The man then began to become very defensive and proceeded to tell me that I did not order the fried rice and then began to say that it’s Uber’s fault the rice wasn’t in the bag? I don’t care who’s fault it was but as the owner you shouldn’t talk to your customers like that and appreciate that I’m supporting your business. I was calling to see if there was a simple solution but...
