If you're looking for a cozy and casual place to grab a drink and some food, Mulligan's is definitely worth checking out. The bar has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of seating and a great selection of beers on tap.
One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the food. The burger and poutine were absolutely delicious, with some of the best gravy I've tasted in Stouffville. The oversized patty was a bit much for me, but the pretzel bun was a perfect match for the juicy meat.
The Yorkshire starter was a bit disappointing, as it didn't rise properly and felt dense. However, the flavors were still very good and I appreciated the effort to introduce something different to the menu.
Unfortunately, the chicken and waffle dish didn't quite hit the mark for me. I didn't think the two flavors complimented each other well, and I found it strange that there was no butter on the waffles. The maple syrup absorbed into the waffle and didn't leave any syrupy goodness on top, which was a letdown.
Overall, I think Mulligan's is a great spot for a casual night out with friends or family. While there were a couple of dishes that didn't quite hit the mark, the quality of the food was impressive and I'm excited to see how the menu evolves over time. If you're in the area and looking for a relaxed place to hang out, Mulligan's is definitely...
Read moreThe bar tender Charlene is the rudest server I have ever met. She’s extremely racist and loud. I’m shocked they would let such a hurtful and disgustingly rude human being work here. I’m not one to judge appearance but she skin looks like she smokes 10 packs a day and she smells like cigarette as well. I’ve been here three times and you can hear her gossiping and talking badly about customers and other staff members. If it’s not her that will close this place down it will be Giselle another bar tender. She’s known as the town drunk. You can smell the alcohol on her breath and she looks and acts like a train wreck. We were very upset when the Tippett tap house closed because we loved this place. It’s a shame Lori is letting her new staff give her a bad name. We will not return in the future because of the racists that work here and made us and our friends...

First time here, I used to go to the Fickle Pickle when it was good but they started putting to much salt on their meals and it took a long time to be served.
So I decided to visit Mulligans. Unfortunately this was not a good start. The Calamari basically paid $15.00 for chalk bread and hardly any Calamari. This is the food of the Gods... what happened.
In addition the Burger meat was not cooked well and the portion was small. The only thing that I enjoyed was the fries with gravy the beer and the server who was attentive.
The meal in total was $45.00 plus tax plus tip.
