Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Whitecourt

I asked the staff member on duty if there were any deals available, but instead of informing me about the ongoing promotion, he vaguely said, “It depends on what you want.” Based on his response, I ended up purchasing a small pizza for $16, only to find out later that there was a deal for a large pizza at just $14—a much better option that was not disclosed to me.

Moreover, his attitude was not very welcoming. As a trucker, I parked my truck outside and came in specifically for this order. Initially, I was told it would take 20 minutes, but the overall experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

I believe such situations can be avoided with better training and communication. As customers, we trust staff to inform us about ongoing offers, especially when asked directly. I would appreciate it if this concern could be looked into to improve future service. i never told him to put cheddar cheese on my pizza but i dont know why he putted taste of pizza...

To be fair, I’ve had a couple good experiences too, but I feel it’s getting worse. I’ve been ordering here for 6 years and sometimes the kids working here just really drop the ball.

Last time, they forgot to cook the pizza until my wife showed up. No apology, just rushed through it and hoped we couldn’t do math. About 15 minutes late. Okay, so what, everyone makes mistakes, right? Well, this place almost NEVER puts enough sauce on to make it taste like a pizza. So we typically ask for extra sauce to get a “normal” amount. This time we got almost dry pizza. Oh, and they forgot the 2L that we paid for. Our food was obviously thrown together without much care and rushed through.

Yes, this place is cheap. Much cheaper than the competitors in town. But I expect the bare minimum and theoften don’t even get there. So it becomes a choice. Save 10 bucks and roll the dice with dominoes or spend 20 bucks and get good...

This place is awesome. My wife and I were driving through Whitecourt on a road trip back home to GP, and we decided we were tired of drive through meals, and grocery stops. So I called ahead to order. Super friendly guy answers, and when I ordered an XL pizza, and he said they didn’t have that size, he asked how many people, and helped me out with a coupon for 2 larges for a great price (I have 7 kids). It’s the small things, but if you want to know how good the service is, just call them. The tone, the help, everything. Just a really friendly team of guys.
