On October 28,2023 I place an online order and pick up should have been ready for 3:35pm. I left at 4:07pm

The girl with blue in her hair with glasses, worked So Slowly and still made my wrap incorrectly. I ordered 1 x Egg White and Chorizo Wrap 1 x Sauce - Chipotle

I got a wrap with and egg white and Chipotle sauce that was still cold in middle. That was flat as a pancake.

When the said girl was placing the wrap in grill. She continues WATCHING THE GRILL Instead of helping the line of people!

There was No urgency in any of the workers. Because they have displayed that going slow as sloth still doesn’t get the order right.

I’m disappointed and not recommend...

Order my drink at 9am when the website and door says they are open.
