Last night my husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by a girl, who placed us at a table and immediately left to serve someone else. More than 20 minutes passed and even though he passed us countless times over and over again (and I know he saw us), he never stopped to ask us if we wanted to order something, because he just left us there with the menu and left as soon as we were there. received. Finally I decided to call her, and she tells me: what do you need? I told her: I want to order what we want for dinner. She looked at me with a surprised face and she told me: haven't you ordered anything? and I answered No. She told me she'll be back, she left and 5 minutes later someone else came to serve us. Another boy took our order, which included drinks, an appetizer and two meals. 15 more minutes passed, and another different person approached me to ask me if we wanted the bruchettas we had ordered, as an appetizer, or with the dishes? I told her (another different lady), but if the bruchettas are appetizers, please I want them right now! She left. Another few minutes passed, someone different came to bring us the drinks. It took 15 more minutes and they brought us the dinner, which included a meat served on a knife on a plate, with the companions. They didn't bring us cutlery or napkins. We were waiting for this to happen and since nothing was brought to us and the food was getting cold, I had to ask someone else for assistance to please bring us a couple of forks and napkins. A few minutes later one guy brought them. (He didn't bring us napkins). We finally started dinner. As soon as we finished eating someone else came to clear the plates, she asked if everything was okay, and when she was going to leave the table, I asked her to please bring me a dessert. She left the table and not even 5 minutes had passed and another guy appeared with the bill to charge us for dinner. I told him, but I just ordered a dessert!! He immediately left with the bill. They brought us dessert, we ate it. Again they brought us the bill and we paid (without giving them absolutely any tip obviously) because we finally ate, after almost an hour or more of waiting. Except for the food, the service was terrifying. I lost count of how many people served us while we were there, we had to get their attention, so that they would serve us, so that they would give us cutlery, a napkin, straws and we had the feeling that they simply did not want to serve us. And unfortunately, it was only towards us. The restaurant was moderately full and I could see around me that all the other occupied tables were being served quickly and accurately. I could have complained last night, but I didn't want to have a bad time in addition to the inconvenience we had already had at the place. In short, a not at all pleasant experience. We had gone on other occasions and this is the first time this has happened to us. We will certainly not return to this place, because the food can be very good, but if the service is terrible, you will always lose...

Had to add to my review and reduce it to one star after our last experience. Had a birthday party with 12 people a couple weeks ago. Took over 45 minutes for our server just to take our order. In the mean time, I had asked for water 3 times and questions about the drink menu twice without getting either water or answers. Had to finally flag down another waitress to get water. Saw our own waitress maybe twice in those first 45 minutes. My man finally went looking for her so we could get food ordered (pretty hungry already since we were having a late dinner). She was sitting in the lounge and it wasn't even her break. Not sure how much longer we would have waited had he not gone looking for her. So the food started to trickle in after about an hour and a half of us sitting there. Not all at once so some people were watching others eat. My meal was missing a part of it, but otherwise tasted ok. However several other had horrible food. One ordered a steak medium rare and got it well done. Another ordered battered fish and couldn't eat it because it was so hard and overcooked. Another had so much dressing she could hardly eat her salad... the list goes on. I was personally embarrassed to bring my family and friends there as it was my choice where to eat. I emailed the company about my concerns and never heard back from them. They need need to improve the service and food. My last experience there had been better than the first one so I thought things had changed... apparently they got worse.

First experience: Service was pretty good but the food was dismal and over priced. Spent $60 on two entrees and one appetizer (no drinks) and left feeling hungry. My man said the burger was good but was not a fan of the seasoned chips. The seafood fettuccini I had was flavorless and the lobster dip was bland served with corn chips. If I have to load on the salt and pepper to get flavor in my meal, the cook needs to get some lessons. Not impressed with the food at all and it certainly wasn't worth...

VISIT #1: It was good food. The service is ok. We waited for almost an hour when it wasn't busy yet,at 4.30. I understand that they are busier now because they barely opened but we came early and it wasn't busy yet. We waited for quite a while to simply get refills. My steak was not prepared medium well, more like medium. I had to wait another 15-20min for my food while my family was munching away. I have had better and more food for the same prices.

VISIT #2: I went back a few weeks later and the service was great at my second visit. When ordering my steak, I mentioned that my steak was not prepared the way I ordered it last visit and the server made sure that it was correct this time. She double checked that I was happy with it. This time drinks were brought quickly and refilled without even asking! Waiting time for our food was still long but I can overlook that if e everything else is great.

VISIT #3: I have gone there for the 3rd time now because family and friends that haven't gone wanted to and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed! The service was very good but my steak was not done medium well yet again. I was so cooked through that it got all dry. I asked for another it was well done again, just not as bad as the first, I just kept this one. This time they only took the steak and I ate my sides while I waited for my steak. The steak wasn't seasoned as well as last time. I had really high hopes that this would be as my second visit.

For this price and the inconsistencies in food, I will not come back and will suggest to go elsewhere with family and friends...
