We love the food at Winkler Pizza, but twice in two weeks we ordered drinks and did not receive them. When I called at 7:50 to ask them to bring our drinks they didn’t answer the phone, even though they are open till 8. It’s very frustrating to not get what we paid for. Delicious, above and beyond service. We ordered delivery to our hotel room but the fries and dipping sauce were missing from our order. Understandable - it was a super busy night! Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese, did not get extra cheese! The sauce (what little amount was on the pizza) had a strange taste to it, maybe it was the hair we found in our pizza, not sure.
