The location is unfortunate and the food is not authentic Ukrainian, but rather fusion. This cafe is squeezed in between a beer store, a slot casino and a motorist motel. As you can imagine, it's not optimal and not very child friendly. As for food, pretty much the only Ukrainian things about it are sour cream and perogies. Other than that, it's typical Canadian lunch and breakfast. The cabbage rolls are especially disappointing. I never had cabbage rolls which contain almost no meat before.

☑️ TASTY BREAKFAST … This place is one of those hidden gems for a tasteful Ukrainian cuisine. I had the Ukrainian breakfast having Kobassa sausages which were full of flavours, served along with fresh brown bread with loads of butter. It’s a very reasonable cozy old restaurant run by the family, making you feel comfortable with their service.

Incredible food. They're not ashamed to tell you the they have the best breakfast special around! Perfect comfort food with delicious homemade perogies, beet borscht, burgers, fries and lots more! Plus it's pour your own coffee which is actually really convenient. It's literally a hole in the wall type place, but that just adds to the charm!

Worst experience, we have been here numerous times before and always very pleased with the service and food. Today when we came in there was only 2 empty tables one needing to be cleaned so we asked if it could be cleaned and we were told by the unfriendly waitress no that table there is clean. Seemed like forever before she took our order only to find out there is no potato pancakes or waffles available. Took at least 45 mins before we got our and food and the wait definitely wasn't not worth it as the food was all overcooked. The bacon was burnt, the eggs and potatoes were hard. We...

Not to happy with my take out order. My order was pancakes with no whip topping just the strawberries. What I got was soggy pancakes that were drenched with the strawberry topping which was very watery and whip which I asked not be included. They were out of the belgian waffle which is why the strawberry topping. Next time I should check my order before...
