I was looking for a Vietnamese place close to home and stumbled across Nu Saigon. Very hidden, and inside the Vickar dealership. There's seating inside and online ordering available. I ordered a bowl of deluxe Pho online and the order was ready on time. The Pho was much better than expected! Came with all the normal fixings, and a lot of noodles! The broth had a nice oily sheen (a good sign of homemade broth) and the brisket was very tender. Broth could have used a tad more salt, but easily remedied at home. Everything was tasty and piping hot. Prices are really reasonable. Might be due to where they're operating out of. Mostly takeout orders. There are tables to sit down and look at cars.
I'd come back when in the area but not go out of my way to do so. Because it's mostly takeout, everything is served in takeout containers. (I don't prefer hot soup in a plastic bowl. ) I still recommend. They are open later than most things in the area....
