Let me start by saying the food was very tasty. We ordered a dinner for 10 as we were celebrating my son’s graduation and he specifically requested Clay Oven. My husband ordered on line for pick up and we received a confirmation email and confirmation number. However, when we got to the restaurant, they did not have our order. The gentleman told us that the on-line ordering was not working yet and that he would have it fixed by Tuesday (May long weekend). He said he could have our order ready in 15-20 min. We came back in that time frame and the food was ready for pick up. I felt as a new business this would have been a great opportunity for them to offer a discount on the meal, add additional dish or even a coupon for our next visit. Great customer service opportunity missed. When we got home the food was very fresh and hot but we were very disappointed in the butter chicken as it literally had ten cubes of chicken and plenty of sauce, more like a butter chicken soup. The paneer lababdar was equally impressive: soft, fresh paneer in a luscious, tangy tomato-based gravy that had just the right balance of sweetness and heat.
The naan was soft, fluffy, and still warm when it arrived – ideal for scooping up every bit of sauce. Portion sizes were generous, and everything was packed with care, arriving hot and fresh.

It had a tiny dent in it and they told me I had to pay 250$ to replace it even though it was not my fault at all. I took it home and fixed it in about 2 minutes, and returned it.
I understand mistakes happen but blaming it on the customer instead of the worker who dropped it is insane, especially when all you had to do was hit it with a hammer a few...
