I have been going there since they opened and ordered catering from them on my engagement and jaago ceremony. Their food is good but recently their customer service sucks. we went there today and the experience was awful. The two girls working their lack mannerisms and no smile just rude resting face. We ordered our food and were waiting and then we decided to enjoy tikki from their live that they just started now. We went outside and the girl serving on live station was talking on personal phone, she didn’t stop talking even we were standing there and waiting for her to take our order. Also, the price of tikki on menu is 6.99$ for two tikki, the girl outside told its 8.99$ for one tikki and then we double checked the price with other girl working on cash, she said it’s 7.99$ for one tikki. I was surprised listening to three different prices for one item. Despite this the waiting was too long between appetizers and meal. I rang their buzzer on tab for waiter to inquire about food for many times and no one came even though the cashier girl was just standing there and staring so what’s the point of putting it there. While we receive our meal we ordered two more roti but we even finished our meal waiting for that two more rotis and the girl saw that but no acknowledgment for bringing the order late and was just giving looks to us. I don’t understand since when their customer service degraded that much because last time I went there the staff used to be...

I am their regular and oldest customer. I am eating the food since this restaurant has started. In this area I found it the best restaurant which used to make awesome tandooring hot wings and fish manchurian.

I am observing from past few months the quality of food has been tremendously declined. Somehow I was managing with the taste. But today it has disappointed me. The time and date is as follows: 9:50 pm (Monday), July 4th, 2022.

To owner: I am feeling bad to write it down but I have to. I wish if he can discuss with his cook: Neel and cashier: Arsh.

Problem1: I ordered tandoori hot wings. Your staff befooled me. Instead of giving tandoori, they gave me wings which were cooked on pan. And after letting them know, the staff is not ready to accept their fault. Are the customers dumb that they know what they are getting?

Problem2: The naan was too thick and raw from the center too. It is a complete garbage what the cook has made.

Even if its your closing time or you have too many orders on plate, the customers should get what they are paying for.

Hope to find a positive change in the food quality in...

Ordered palak paneer for takeout yesterday.the palak panner was spoilt, the panner was sour in taste and palak they have used was very old and smelly. After eating, it gave me and my whole family stomach upset whole day. We called them and inform about that. At first they don't agree then we take that bad smelly palak panner to their shop and tell them to check. Then instead of issue us a refund they gave us new palak panner dish and that was oka.i dont understand why they dont give good food in first time. Please guys whoever is ordering from this restaurant please be careful because most of the times they are selling old and stale products.. it happens with me 3-4 times already. One time also I ordered jalebi rabdi and rabdi came out burned and has that burned smell. I didn't complain about that at that time but this time it was too much when they send us stale palak panner which was ate by my kids and family and we all got sick just by eating one...

So we ordered a dish which is an appetizer, which consists of 4 different kinds offlavored chicken and they charged me $20 plus taxes, so when you are paying $20 for an appetizer, you expect a decent quantity but what i see nibbles and shittt cut pieces with the same flavour profile, with a shit load of onions and veg which is unnecessary. Honestly what is your raw cost on this dish $3 or $4 what are you over charging for ? There is no justification at all, I am a chef myself and when we cost a dish especially for $20 we make sure it's worth each and every penny, and also to add to it it was cold and overcooked, it felt like old chicken cooked a day prior and just microwaved. Not done at all. Please train your staff and standardize your recipes so that the customers don't feel cheated.

This is the worst poore I have ever encountered; it resembles a dirty jalebi more than a poora. It is highly overrated as a poora but it’s just a worst they don’t even know what actual mix is made up from they just used premix of something else to make it. It does not even come close to resembling a poora. I advise against listening to paid promoters who promoted it . I had to dispose of every single piece of it. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Furthermore, the gentleman at the front lacks the ability to communicate properly over the phone, even when clients are on the line. He uses inappropriate language in front of others. At the very least, they must learn how to prepare it before attempting to sell it. Please ensure that your children are kept away from this food.
