I was doing a pickup on June 16th 2023 around 8:20pm and while I was there, one of the staff gave their friends a free Dr. Pepper. They were joking about how loud the friend was opening the can and drinking it while the manager was doing paperwork in her office.
More friends of the staff came into the restaurant and was yelling “Yo yo yo where’s our free pizza at?!” and the staff was trying to shush them by saying “Yo yo yo chill, the manager is in today.”
After waiting more than the 6 mins longer the staff had told me the order is going to be ready, the staff member in the white sweater gave me the order I was picking and said in a rude condescending manner “Here you go.” Just to try and deescalate the tension I confirmed order number in a polite way but he kept his energy while responding “Yup.”
I did not receive an update, apology nor a thank you for waiting longer than they initially said, which was incredibly disappointing.
I came to pick up another order on June 16th 2023 around 9:34pm and the environment was more of the same. The staff member that told me “6 mins” the previous order this time said, in a condescending and dismissive way “Hello again.” The staff member in the white sweater was also talking down to me in a dismissive and condescending way while he was saying “The order isn’t ready yet, it’s gonna be a few minutes.” This is also without an apology nor a thank you for waiting.
I stayed polite and professional and said “Ya, no worries at all, thank you.” The only polite staff member was the tall one in black making the pizzas. Unlike his coworkers, he said thank you.
We’re are both working employees, so I highly recommend we are not treated as inferior just because you see us that way.

Read moreThe so called manager of the night Chelsea was unprofessional and had no intention of resolving a legitimate concern . When originally ordering the pizza the girl on the phone seemed distracted with the group of her friends in the background . I was asked my number twice and what my address was twice . The pizza was then delivered to my old address and when they realized they screwed up it was delivered to the right address with the pizza being luke warm to cold . Called in prior to the delivery and Chelsea used the excuse the person was new then gave me attitude over the phone when I was voicing my displeasure with the lack of customer service I recieved earlier . She might as well have told me to f off and stop bothering her . That's the impression I got from her. I asked her what she can do to rectify this issue and she said she would tell her manager tomorrow to put a 30% off the next order. I was insulted and said how would this fix the conc3rn here now. She then gave me more attitude and said ,"do want us to just remake it ?". I can her laugh under her breath through the whole conversation. I hope the owner Esma reads this and re-evaluated who runs her business when she is away because people like this in charge ruins the Manitoba owned businesses . I am surprised this place is still in business with the choice of "management". I will be escalating...
Read moreExtremely poor customer service ordered two pizzas and a salad for delivery the pizzas came but the driver said they forgot the salad but they would bring it “when they can”. Realized that I was also missing the sour cream it was supposed to come with. I called to confirm how long the salad would be and see if it would make sense to cancel as it was already late and we weren’t going to wait to eat for them to come back. They offered no apology and were quite rude on the phone. I mentioned that we also didn’t get the sour cream with the pizzas he said they will bring it with the salad. Following the shockingly rude responses I mentioned I didn’t think I would be ordering from them again and the response was “well the pizzas came fine right?”.
It was my first time ordering from this location and I don’t think I would order from them again. My options were wait and have cold pizza or have our full order for dinner. I understand mistakes happen but the restaurant couldn’t even offer an apology for the error they just seemed irritated that I had called.
The delivery driver apologized and was kind when he delivered the salad but whoever was working at the restaurant was super rude and unhelpful.
Got the salad about 40 minutes after the original delivery. Never received...
