I’ve ordered pizza here several times. Every single time, the employee did not understand which pizza I’m ordering.

When I clarify which pizza I’m ordering, they don’t know the menu or which toppings belong on which pizza…

When I have ordered custom pizzas, they add spice when I select “no spice”. They use “tandoori chicken” when I select “plain chicken”. The employees don’t seem to understand which toppings they offer. This is not just one person. Multiple workers.
