My girlfriend was trying to order my sandwich for me because she wants to remember it for fun. She was ordering my sandwich and said " everything please except red onions, see I remembered!" She kept ordering hers food and see the guy put a bunch of the red onions on my sandwich. She politely said " oh no red onions please, everything on it except those". The guy then gives her quite a rude look and takes it off quite dramatically while looking at his coworker and shaking his head. She said she was sorry. They didn't put everything on the sandwich in the end And now she feels bad cuz she wanted my sandwich to be made perfect by her. Placed an order online, picked it up and it wasn't toasted and the bread was rock hard (literally cut my mouth). I called and they said come back in the morning. I went in the morning and the owner said he reviewed the tapes and he knew it was toasted and he could tell from the video recording that the bread was soft. (Insert eye roll). I showed him the video on my phone and he said that it must be a different sub, even though there is a time stamp. I left and let it go. I went again today, and the guy charged me doubled and said I was wrong when I asked for it to be fixed. Then my husband said "it is $7 more". The person working then said "I'll fix it". Looked at the receipt and they still over changed $1.89. I don't think all these reviews are coincidence... I won't...

Absolutely terrible. One worker was wearing nurse scrubs and a torque. But doing absolutely nothing, while the other worker made 3 sandwiches at a time with a line up. Argued with me when I wanted to adjust my online order because I wanted a bit more extra pickles. Got irritated and asked for a manager. He told me they weren't available and would be give me the name of them. I went to take a picture of him to know who I was dealing with when I reported it, and he physically took my phone and almost smashed it into the counter. I grabbed it back luckily. THIS WAS ASSAULT. I didn't call the police because I was so flustered and with my 2 teenage boys. I would avoid this place. Obviously run by people who have no moral ethics. This person should be not only fired,...
