I went today to grant subway as Erin told me 1 subway was on her but she dosen't work there anymore and I was not aware.
Well that dosen't mean the new manager Carol becomes sooooo dam rude to me wen I go there and insults me, yelling at me over the phone and said that I should deal with you directly which I am.
Well I am waiting for my money asap. Keep polite people like Erin at subways so that it dosen't hurt people the way they are treated in these 2 locations, She could have spoken to me politely as I didn't go there to beg and also as I am waiting for my refund she could be nice and hope she learns some manners to talk to pple and treat them with due respect. The staff there also mentioned that Carol is very rude to everyone.
This irrational and rude behavior is going really above and beyond, if can get someone nice to proceed above you all i will really appreciate it. Read moreI have been to this location a lot of times before and I never had an extraordinary experience and it seemed like a normal subway location to me most of the time or even below that in terms of customer service and cleanliness or the sandwich making style in general but surprisingly this time I was attended by a subway sandwich artist named “Taranjeet” if I read right and he was very very polite and dedicated towards his job and greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. Not only he has exceptional customer service skills but he also made the sandwich I ordered to it’s perfection as well as the two steak 🥩 avocado 🥑 bowls. Read moreI forgot my purse and phoned to say I was going to pick it up. I went straight to the till because I wasn’t getting a sub… just my purse. The lady making the subs very rudely told me I had to wait. However, the lady at the till was not taking customers as subs weren’t done being made and so I asked if she would get it instead, the other lady again, with a loud voice, said that I had to wait.
I waited for about 10 minutes for everyone’s orders to be done. The lady who yelled at me got my bag in the back within 20 seconds.
