This place is very poorly run in the evenings. Mornings and day’s it’s no different than any other Tims. In the evening it’s a whole different ball game. You walk in after 6:30pm and you can stand at the counter waiting while you watch the employee sitting in the back either talking on their phone or watching videos with their ear buds in, you have to yell EXCUSE ME to get their attention. They will only have maybe 6-10 pieces of pastry/bagels total on the display and if you ask them if they have any other bagels in the back to toast or to make a sandwich they say they equipment is broken. They are also suppose to be open until 8pm according to their sign yet they are mopping the floor by 7:15 and close the cage around the counter between 7:45-7:50. Poor, poor, poor work ethic and management.
Stopped in July 2nd at 6pm. They close at 7pm. The display was emptied of 95% of the product. Only 1 tray of a mixture of cookies and pastries maybe 10 items total. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. After an eye roll she went to make my bagel. I see her poking butter out of a take out butter packet with a plastic knife and trying to smear it on the bagel. I get the bagel and I say thank you have a great night, no response back. Drive away and go to eat my bagel and apparently I’m eating a non toasted bagel with I little bit of butter residue on it.

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,
I am writing to formally report an issue I experienced at king Edward location. I was overcharged for my purchase. I brought the mistake to the attention of the cashier,receptionist immediately, but they refused to provide a refund or resolve the issue in any way. It’s really not about money it’s about the attitude. The staff should give refund directly or compensation at first place. But what they do just ignore the issue and customer. The staff said “ you already paid we will help you next time” excuse me why this time you should fix it and you push everything to next time. Very mad about their attitude and poor customer service. They don’t care about customers all they do just take customer one by one and get things done ASAP.
This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expect fair treatment and proper handling of billing errors.
