McDonald's — Restaurant in Yorkton

I will only give Yorkton McDonalds on Broadway a 2 star because they don't deserve any more than that. I ordered a full sized salad with a vinaigrette dressing but I only received half a salad and paid for a full sized one. Perhaps if I had ordered a burger and fries I may have gotten some food. It seems that every time I go there and place my usual order of a salad I always leave hungry. I choose to eat healthy and McDonalds says that they support people such as myself who care what they put in their body but I honestly don't see that. Every McDonalds should give the proper amount of food and not skimp on it, regardless of what they have ordered. $5.99 for a salad is fine but I expect to receive the salad that I paid for and not the size of a side salad. The only McDonalds that has ever been honest about the portions of food, is Humboldt, Sask. I only go to Yorkton, Sask McDonalds on Broadway because they are the only one that serves Salads in Yorkton. Otherwise, if there was another McDonalds that served salads I would go there and give them a try and my money. Service is okay but no wearing gloves when they handle food is quite disturbing and the dirty bathrooms are gross!

When j first came to this establishment, it seemed open and friendly. But the staff wasn't very open to new customers. They would routinely ask me if I wanted something completely different than what I was actually ordering. Charged me double the asking price, and pretended not to understand the concept of double the price. It took me over 20 mins to get a McDouble meal. Super sized. In the end I payed for a supersized mcdouble meal. But only received a med sized drink and fries. And when I tried to explain myself. I was told i only had 30 mins to eat my food and was instructed to leave. I'm just trying to get my order correct. Then the lady looked at my receipt and told me it wasn't on the menu. And their ice cream machine was down. Then as they was handing me my meal. They dropped my fries and made it seem like I did it. To not only make me pick it up. They threatened to call the police if I wouldn't calm down. Then under their breath. Told me to sober up and get a life. I have never been so insulted to pay 18 bucks for one tiny sandwich. I never even made it to the drink. I walked away as the staff snickered at me. I have felt more...

Every single time I come to this restaurant you guys mess up monumentally. I have been very polite and made sure to order slowly so they got everything. I called today to complain because I'm missing two burgers from my order. I asked for two bacon sandwiches a sausage and ham and egg McMuffin and one hash brown. They gave me three burgers and three WRONG coffees. I asked for a medium double double a large black and a medium three cream two sugar. They gave me one with milk a medium black with sugar. When I called to complain the woman on the phone was so rude. First of all they never gave me a receipt but charged me 17 bucks for three burgers and a two coffees because I had a coupon for a free coffee. The woman on the phone took a long time to answer and when she finally did she gave me attitude and said I was the one who messed up the order. Are you serious?! The kid at the window was saying OMG because he knew he messed up my coffee order and just handed me the first bag he saw a mccmuffin in. I'm very annoyed and will never be using this place again. Get better Yorkton. Trash...
