Wing's Restaurant — Restaurant in Yorkton

We order Wing's Special Chop Suey and a small order of the Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls.  The food looked fresh and tasted very good.  The chicken balls were a good size, mostly meat, with not much batter at all.  The chop suey was very tasty and flavourful instead of an abundance of salt. I also liked that fresh mushrooms were used in the chop suey instead of canned mushrooms.  The restaurant was quite plain, nothing fancy, but appeared clean, and the washroom was clean as well.  They had only a fork on the table setting, we didn't mind, and managed well without a knife.  So, I'm not sure if they will give a knife if you request it.  The menu has a good variety of dishes and prices are reasonable, payment is in cash only.  The server was polite, and the service was fast. I'm giving two stars because the service was quick, losing three stars because I was in a hurry and when I went in to pay for my food they said had to be cash. I couldn't use my debit card so I had to run about 5 blocks away and get cash. And I had called 3 times previously once to find out how long their orders take and I called them again to place the order, I called them a third time to tell them I was waiting out front because of the covid-19 pandemic, I asked them to call me when it was ready, which they did, but never was there a mention of cash only. I had lots of time to get cash before then. I came back and paid cash for my food and by the time I got home the mediocre food was already cold. What business has only cash sales, maybe the CRA should have a look at...

It was really quick order to pick up everything went fine until I got home and realized they had forgotten our 2 egg rolls so after spending $70 plus I called to see if they could correct this tiny inconvenience which I understand stuff happens sometimes especially in a busy atmosphere I get it but I was met with rudeness unnecessary yelling and the lady even went on to say "what you think i ate them" before hanging up on me not a great way to do business if you ask me so for this experience you get 1 star wings the food was good but the service after I had paid was very unpleasant No one should be yelled at customer or...
