Arrived around 12 and we were the only customers. Took a long time to prepare the food (~45 min) as the kitchen was probably just getting started. However it was delicious! Great meal. Worth the wait. Very nice balcony seating area.

Belle terrasse avec vue sur la place de Sao Felipe après la cour, nous avons pris un verre avec un peu de vent, abrités de la chaleur. Nous y sommes finalement restés pour déjeuner, avec seulement 2 plats au choix (porc ou poisson) et 2 accompagnements (frites ou légumes). Café servi dans un thermos ! Le tout n'est pas cher : 1650 escudos soit 15 euros pour 2 cocas, 2 plats, 2 cafés et une bouteille d'eau. Notre serveur parlait peu français mais on arrive à se comprendre.

( Riz probablement cuit dans un peu de lait de coco, pois très bien cuisinés, poissons bien cuisinés et assaisonnés). Bon accueil sans chichi. Comme dans beaucoup d'endroits, prendre le temps de l'apéro, en attendant les plats, no stress.

Dîner un vendredi soir de janvier, à la recherche d'une cuisine simple et locale. Très bonne cuisine avec du poisson grillé, des légumes et du riz bien assaisonné. Great restaurant. They had no menu card, but the service guy translated all their main courses to english. We pick the food kind of blind (fish, chicken breast and porc) but got surprised in a very positive way. The food was way enough and delicious. 100% the kitchen from cabo verde. The main food was served with rice or french fries. They had live music at the evening as well. Lovely and nice service, cool location and while eating we could watch...

Good local food with a cozy balkony to eat and drink. More tables available in their central little courtyard square off the cocktail bar next to a stage for the occasional caboverdian live music. Behind it some Fogo bands hold practice sessions. This centre's inspired by an NGO run in France, Italy, Portugal and Cabo Verde to promote greater mediterranean culture....
