We re-visited again tonight and a big difference, thus time we had spent time before we got there reading the on-line menu and whilst we still struggled to understand alot of the main course, we chose pizza's and they were sensational unlike those in the main buffet restaurant. I also had the profiteroles and whilst the chocolate sauce wasn't hot, like the menu stated, they were still great. The staff were also more helpful and knowledgeable. It was worth a second visit so I've increased my star rating, but left the previous review on, seebelow, so you can see the difference. We ordered the 4 cheese pizza and the tomato, cheese, mushroom and caramelised onion ( a combination of 2 meat pizza's - without the meat) and they happily made if without any fuss, thanks. Poor all round. Food was OKish BUT really struggled to understand what I could eat. You had to download the menu via a QR code but trying to understand it was a nightmare as it was all in, I assume, Italian. When I asked the waitress what each unpronounceable word was she also didn't know. I asked what was vegetarian but she struggled to tell me, eventually after several waitresses had tried to take our order I chose something that I was told was tomato and cheese pasta, but was then told by a waiter that it had meat in it. So I ordered again, and as I was struggling to choose between mushroom pasta or tomato the waitress suggested a bit of both, great I thought....but no, she delivered a a full tomato pasta with my partner's shrimp spaghetti then when I had eaten a bit I asked for the mushroom pasta, this confused her as she thought I hadn't enjoyed it, it was just OK. After I managed to re order the mushroom pasta, it took so long that my partner had finished so I asked to cancel it, however, it then turned up. Again it was just OK, nothing special. I really wish I hadn't bothered, it wasn't worth the hassle and stress.

Went here as a part of the all inclusive experience - very disappointed with the dishes. Didn't seem to be Italian to me. Liked the pear salad (vegetarian), but the ricotta spinach ravioli in lemon sauce was a big let down for us. The desserts were not that great either (tiramisu and panna cota).

We had made an reservation and specified one is vegan and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. Very disapointed to be met with ignorance and, to be honest, nothing special. For main course I was given a choice of pizza (no cheese) or rice noodles with mushrooms.

Ad Italian I'm very disappointed with this restarurant, the only Italian part was the name and some music. I got a pear and Bresaola salad, they brought me just pear with some salad, after told him there was no Bresaola on it the waiter told me 'I forgot to tell you we have no Bresaola'. After that I got a Pizza with speck and caramelized onions, they brought me a Pizza with Bacon, which is totally different than speck, like sun and moon. I got a Tiramisù and was probably the worst ever eaten. I wanted a coffe espresso, but I've been told the machine was broken and I had to go in the bar downstairs to get it. A...

The food is good here. But she service is quite bad, the way we had to order was quite unfriendly. Also my girlfriend ordered a pizza prosciutto e cotto, but they gave her one with mushrooms on it... She can't eat mushrooms. So she said it to the waitress, she brought it to the kitchen and there you could started to hear people screaming to each other. The waitress said it would take 2 minutes, but it ofcourse didn't.

Maybe it the waitress was less irritated when taking our order it would have gone right the first time.

But luckily the food that we got was...
