Terrible. Worst dining experience in my whole week of being in Cayman. Went specifically for some food and bingo, which was advertised/posted about an hour before on their Facebook. Arrive around 7:50 pm. Bingo starts at 8. The place is pretty quiet and servers standing around. Took 10 minutes or so to get someone to come by and get our drink order. Nothing was mentioned about the steak night special or drink specials. Good thing we saw those on the bathroom since our server didn’t tell us. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. I could see them sitting on the bar. At this point, it’s after 8. Bingo hasn’t started. We ask our server for and get told he will bring us cards when it starts. We order our food and then our server comes over and tells us no bingo tonight. REALLY? If he would’ve told us before ordering food, we would’ve just paid for our drinks and left. No point in being there if what we came for isn’t happening. While mid eating, our server came and took our mustard to give to another table without even asking if we were using it. 30 minutes go by, all our drinks are empty, our server has walked past us countless of times without asking if we wanted refills or anything else. Finally I yelled to him at the bar for our check so we could leave after we have been sitting there on our phones waiting and waiting. I could understand if it was super busy if the wait times would be a little longer, but it wasn’t and this was unacceptable. Mediocre food. Terrible service. Would...

I've been a regular customer of this bar for some years and back in the days, the customer service was really good. However, the service nowadays is going from bad to worse mainly due to the attitude / behavior of the bartenders working inside the bar. I have had an awful situation with one of the bartender.

Went there with friends to watch an important football match, we sat by the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. Because we were consuming and were planning to have dinner, we ask the bartender (a white bold guy) to please put the game in one of the TVs.... BUT in an antipathetic, unprofessional and unfriendly way, he refused to do so claiming that other people were watching the TVs... but I could see that none of the TVs had nothing important to watch other than sport news, a recorded golf game, a documentary etc. If you are familiar with this place, you will notice that there are dozens of TVs with different content.

We immediately decided to leave, we didn't have the drinks, but as if it was not enough, this rude bartender got the guts to bring the bill and grab the money after we expressed our how upset we were with his poor and...

Visited Salty's with my wife and kids, while it is a great space to let the kids run around and play on the outside playground - the food and service was terrible.

We ordered the mozzarella stick to start; however, the marinara sauce that was served with it was spoil/off. I ordered the classic burger with added cheese and bacon; however, no bacon was place on the burger. In addition the burger was terribly dry and salty. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she did not remove the additional cost for the bacon... I pointed this out to her and she replied, "its only a dollar." When she returned with my credit card slip, the bacon was still charged for.

I understand that yes, "it is only a dollar," however, it is my dollar and I do not make it a habit to pay for services or product that I did not receive.

As a local, I can not endorse this poor customer service and...

HUGE sports bar with lots of seating indoor and outside. I counted 28 big screen TVs inside. You'd have to be blind not to see your favorite event from any table in the restaurant. Big bar with more than a dozen beer taps. Menu is diverse - pizzas, burgers, steak, fajitas, and even some Indian dishes. In past visits we found the food to be good but not remarkable. We tried the jerk chicken fajitas this time. They were mostly peppers with a little chicken, but very flavourful. I'd get them again. There is also a large playground for kids to play while you enjoy time with your friends. Service was friendly and prompt.

I was at Salty's today taking a break from the heat while riding at the Black Pearl skatepark and decided to have lunch. I got their bacon cheddar cheeseburger and fries with ranch on the side. The burger came stacked with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and a huge pickle spear on top. It is hands-down the best burger I've had on the island all week. I got within 3 bites of finishing it and had to peel off the bun and toppings just so I could eat all the bacon and beef. If you love burgers don't miss stopping at Salty's while in Cayman.

On Monday 8-June-20 My family and I went to Salty’s for a graduation Lunch for my niece. I must say, Victoria was a star, her customer service was on point from start to finish and We truly loved it. Thank you Victoria for making my niece so happy. I am so proud of Salty’s efforts during this time. It’s my second time eating at Salty’s and I know my family and I will be back.
