Subway — Restaurant in West Bay

I used to go to the Centennial Towers location every day. Two man kept everything running smooth. Now 4 woman there and can barely manage. While I was getting my sandwhich made on Thursday night at about 8 oclock, there were only two customers in the building. Yet a worker from Bento stood ringing the doorbell for at least 10-15 minutes. Not a single one of the ladies made an attempt to open the door. It looked to me like they were competing with each other to see who would be the one to open it. At the same time, the lady making my sandwhich placed a bento food receipt onto the counter. The receipt was so long half of it ended up into the lettuce. By then i had to say something. So i pointed at the receipt and asked why they have it there in the lettuce like that. One lady took it out and folded it, then another lady came to look at it and boom, it was back in the lettuce again. At the same time, the Bento worker was still at the door ringing the doorbell.

Never going to this branch again. Not even sure if Subway living up to their Eat Fresh slogan anymore. Highly...

Excellent experience, very clean store, with professional staff. Subway here vs Subway in the US or other countries is a night and day difference, Subway here is better. Never get the impression that the store is ever staffed by anyone lazy, the few times I have gone in it has looked impeccable. Even behind the counter was clean and orderly, no issues with stocking the customer side.

Convenient location as you get into West Bay plus it is open 24 HRS. Friendly Staff. Food always looks and tastes fresh. I love the cookies! The place always looks tidy. Options of fountain drinks or in a bottle. Cayman National Bank and Pharmacy in the same plaza. All right across the road from...
