There are great restaurants, and then there's Vivo! From the view and the atmosphere, to our flawless service from Diana, to the food... Vivo is next level and the complete package! For an appetizer, the gluten-free calamari was a delightful surprise as it's almost never seen, and it was delicately prepared to perfection. Easily the best calamari we've ever had. The Mahi Mahi on the Fish Burger was incredibly fresh and so cleanly prepared that the delicate flavor of the fish really came through. The homemade pickles were a clever and thoughtful addition that added a wonderful layer of acidity and crunch, without taking away from the fish. Even the side item - sauteed herbs potatoes - that accompanied Fish Burger were memorable. Our other entree - the Island Bliss Poke Bowl - was an expertly curated work of art. Every ingredient was respectfully celebrated individually, yet came together in perfect harmony to create a unified culinary masterpiece! Rounding out our incredible experience we ordered the Coco-Choco Bounty Cake. To set the context, we're not usually ones to order dessert. This one we got half way through and ordered a second one to go for later. The ganache was rich and decadent without being overly sweet, the coconut had a beautiful dense macaroon like text - again, not too sweet, and the salted caramel sauce was very light glaze-like consistency. WOW! Can't thank y'all enough for such a memorable experience, and look forward to seeing you next time.

INCREDIBLE! Must do for herbivores and pescatarians. The food is so insanely delicious. I heard multiple tables with very custom dietary requests, sounds like they can accommodate just about anything here. The pumpkin Fritters and cocomari were insane, so flavourful. Cocomari is genius, I don't know why this isn't more popular...hopefully it becomes so. The most relaxing, beautiful views. Great beverages menu of caffeine and health food drinks. The Hazelnut Frappe and Carrot Ginger Juice were so refreshing after my long bike ride. The desserts looked wild but I did not have enough hunger to indulge. The service!!! I wish I wrote his name down pardon me if I butcher this but Hakado? Or something similar. He was such a treat, what a beautiful soul. Truly made my whole morning. My bike broke down so I cut my ride short and arrived here super early. H let me chill on the patio while he set up around me, played the best music, he was singing and we were vibing. He took the most wonderful care of me once the kitchen opened. The word needs more humans like this and Vivo, this man represents your brand so perfectly. I wish I had more time on the island and could return again. Thank you!

I highly recommend this restaurant!! Just returned from vacation at Grand Cayman. We ate here multiple times throughout the week for either breakfast , lunch or dinner. Every time the food was AMAZING and the service and extreme care and caution to make our food gluten free was even more amazing! My husband and I went here for our 30th anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it a special evening for us! Some of the meals we had were vegetable lasagna - best I’ve ever had so I got it two different times-, fresh blackened tuna- pumpkin fritters, coconut ceviche, red snapper Provençal, French toast, eggs Benedict, and some amazing desserts. Definitely try this wonderful restaurant- you won’t regret it! And say Hi to Franck and all the staff for us! They were so awesome! Dianne K

I recently visited Grand Cayman, and a friend recommended this restaurant to us. It's often challenging for me to eat out because I have several food sensitivities, and I never want to make unreasonable requests of the chefs to accommodate my long list of sensitivities. This restaurant was SO EASY for me. First of all, most of their menu is gluten-free, and they have several vegan options as well. They also use olive oil instead of the usual canola and/or vegetable oils - which is practically unheard of at restaurants because olive oil is much more expensive than the lesser priced canola/Vegetable oils.

Frank is the owner of this restaurant, and he kindly and generously accommodated my every request. They even make their own gluten-free bread here! My dinner was delicious, it was so full of flavor! The food is absolutely delicious, and the VIEW of the ocean, with the sound of the crashing waves below, and then watching the sunset... it all makes you feel like you've just traveled to heaven for a few hours. If you're in Grand Cayman, I highly recommend eating here. Ask for Frank, he is the owner of this beautiful spot. He and his team get my highest recommendation. And if you can come for the sunset, you will be so...
