Since I stayed at the hotel only a few doors away, I went eating at Hao Yun for some Chinese food. A Mandarin speaking young Asian woman received me, and I ordered one dish of not intimidating-looking chicken dish which I specifically asked not to be spicy nor salty, and the price, 9900clp. When I was about to go, the Mandarin speaking young woman was nowhere in sight. A waitress approached me to charge me with my credit card. Then I took a look at the receipt: 12200clp! Hello, I was told of 9900clp! So I summoned the waitress for an explanation, and a tall, fat, meant-looking white man in the restaurant joined my questioning. But he didn't believe a word I said about the fact, only accusing me of just like most people who had some good dish but just wanted to pay less, implying I was lying. I demanded to talk to the Asian woman but was told that she was gone and would only return at 11:30 the next day. I threatened to go to the police but he didn't care, even said "Go ahead, and you can even give us bad reviews with Google Ma(here I am!). What attitudes and nerve when they're in service business! Then he even accused me of not leaving a tip. A tip? I shouted, with these bad attitudes and you expected a tip? Then he suddenly moved inward to the restaurant and I saw the Asian woman he claimed to have been gone just came downstairs to the restaurant. Apparently this mean, tall, fat white guy who implied I was lying, lied himself. After a short exchange of words he summoned me to approach the paying counter, when I refused he said he's givinge back my money. So now you believed me? He said he didn't know. "You don't know and you just chose to verbally abuse me?" What a sorry excuse for a restaurant runner! The Asian woman approached me and apologized sincerely. She said a lot of Chilean people are just too outspoken and brunt, that's all. Is that so? Eventually he returned me 2100clpI so I was charged for 10100clp, not 9900 as...
