Restaurante Parrillada Recomiendo Cortes — Restaurant in Puerto Montt

I completely agree with another reviewer regarding the Sopaipillas. I don’t normally like fried dough but they were so delicious I could not stop eating them.

Unfortunately we waited almost 1.5 hours for our food. Not sure why as other diners who ordered later had their food served before us. However the restaurant dealt with this satisfactorily hence 4 stars rather than 3.

When the food came it was delicious and portion’s extremely big. Make sure you are very hungry when you come!!

Outstanding food for meat lovers. This is one of the best parilla restaurants that I have been to. I got enough food for a rugby team The sopapilla starter with pebre was delicious as was the meat combo including steak, chicken, blood sausage, chorizo and spuds. We had pisco sours to start and a good bottle of Mula red wine, a house herbal digestive and ice cream. Far too much food but all superbly cooked. Will definitely come again. Pésimo lugar, espere mucho para venir a conocerlo y hoy domingo 15 de junio 2025pude hacerlo, día del padre vine a celebrar mi día, junto a mi Sra e hija solo tenían parrillada y un solo plato, el cual vale $ 29.990 el cual trae carne 350 grs aprox y acompañamientos, ensalada, postre y bajativo, bueno el plato de lis 350 grs, 180 o 200 grs son de grasa, nunca nos trajeron las ensaladas y dado eso pedí la cuenta,( se ahorraron ensaladas, postres y bajativos, no ofrecen ningún descuento por lo sucedido) el dueño, (Fernando),me envió sus disculpas, no vino a la mesa, cosa que correspondía, pague más de 110 lucas en 3 personas con un menú a medias y malo. Esto es lo peor que me ha pasado en Puerto Montt. Recomiendo que vayan a Pepe Brahm u otros clásicos. Los 2 sour que pedí, venían con exceso de espuma, por lo que te cobran caro, pero te sirven poco, también te engañan por ahí. Ojalá mejoren y no se carguen a la gente, que fue mi caso. Me cobraron completo, y me sirvieron la mitad de lo pagado y lo servido, malo. Agregó fotos de la grasa que quedó en los platos, saquen sus conclusiones de cuanta carne era.
