Tips: go during the week, or off peak hours, such as 3pm. The restaurant doesn't close in the afternoon.

Tips: show the items below to the waiter. 清汤锅底 Plain soup base, which goes best with top quality meat. 麻酱 Sesame based dipping sauce 鲜羊上脑 Lamb tenderloin, fresh as opposed to frozen 鲜手切羊肉 Fresh hand cut lamb 自制牛肉丸 House made beef meatballs 茼蒿 A type of leafy vegetable for hot pot 芝麻烧饼 Sesame bread, so good that supply is limited up to 3 pieces per person.
For each person, order 1-2 dishes of meat.
It will be 100% local experience, with minimum service yet absolutely delicious...

We added lots of veggies, mushroom, cabbage, thin slices of lamb meat, and then dip in sauces. Compared to other hot pots it’s quite bland. If you know what you are doing can probably make quite extraordinary hot pots.
