Excellent experience overall: delicious food, quick service and prices reasonable (it is possible to find cheaper in Beijing but regarding the quality of the food, prices are okay here). Portion might be a little smaller than usual restaurant in Beijing but it will let you an opportunity to taste different plates! Tip: they have a menu with pictures and explanations in English: it can be asked from the counter...

Для того, чтобы поесть Chaogan, Башню барабана на кривой», этот магазин недалеко от Башня барабана, воспользоваться возможностью, чтобы попытаться провести ночь, много людей магазина, мы ели ОМТ Chaogan (есть кишки и печень), соевое молоко (лично чувствую, как пить тофу), ... Wandou Huang, вкус очень особенный, приехал в Пекин, можно попробовать эти традиционные закуски.

北京的傳統小吃，跟台灣的炒豬肝是完全不一樣的食物，北京炒肝是將內臟用滷煮的方式做成的羹，鐘鼓樓的姚記算是老店了。 吃的時候有一股味道很特別，不見得是每個人都接受，但還是可以嘗鮮看看，再配個蔥肉包子，挺有北方味的。

"要想吃炒肝，鼓樓一拐彎"，這間店就在鼓樓旁，晚上路過就順道嚐嚐，店內的人很多，我們吃了爆肚、炒肝(有豬腸和豬肝)、豆汁(個人覺得像是喝的臭豆腐)、豌豆黃…，味道很特別，來到北京可以嚐嚐這些傳統小吃。
