凤凰快餐店 — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

I recently dined at this Turkish restaurant in Guangzhou and had quite a mixed experience. Upon arriving, I was impressed by the long line of eager customers, but thankfully, the wait didn’t take too long.

However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the bustling atmosphere, it felt like the staff prioritized serving new customers over those already seated. When our food finally arrived, two of our orders were missing, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail.

On a positive note, the food was genuinely delicious. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, which certainly made up for some of the service issues. The ambiance was also interesting; they featured a traditional Turkish dancer who performed every 30 minutes, changing outfits for each show. This added a vibrant touch to the dining experience.

Overall, while I enjoyed the food and the unique ambiance, the service could use significant improvement. I hope they can address these issues for a better experience...
