Read morewent there to enjoy the scenery after a nice walk and boat ride in the new yongqinfang area. The restaurant surrounding is nice. We booked at 5pm with no crowd at that time. Service was not as efficient as expected (took ages to bring a bowl of plain rice while the rice pot was 2m from my table, and had to request three times a beverage to come). Price are reasonable but food is below average. We had a half goose with dry and hard meat. Ha Kao skin was ok but filling was disappointing. Choy Sam were flavorless and cantonese rice was so so.

Read moreThis is a unique place for dimsum. The restaurant is refurbished from the old chinese houses with large garden and small water features and a lake. Food here is alright, slightly pricey, but if this place serve as tourist spot and restaurant then it definitely worth a visit. Local frequent here daily but the place is so big that you wont feel crowded. Better to come with some local if possible, as this is not a touristy spot and communication might be a slight barrier. Lucky for us the menu is all pictures. Walking around the lake is free if you are not into the dimsum.
