Jiangyue Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Services provided by front desk officer not professional. Online booking guest are required to wait for more then 10 minutes, after waiting by standing in front of the counter for such a long time, front desk officer started attend my check in procedure and end up the rooms assigned was wrong and need to relocate all my luggage and belonging to another room.||Breakfast provided not tasty at all and with the poor decoration (I feel that I was in the canteen eating a breakfast with the natural cold wind blow on my face).||Toilet in the room was smelly all the time, ventilation fans are required to switch it on once entered the room.||The attractive points for this hotel is the distance to metro station is just in 5 minutes walking distance, 7-eleven is just next to the hotel and others 'local brand' convenient shops are just near by the hotel area, WiFi in the room are excellent and finally Shang Xia Jiu Walking Street just located at the end of Wenchang South Road.||Overall, this hotel not recommended for a long stay and I'll not stay to this hotel ...

First impression was very bad when we checked in the room, the sliding glass door of the toilet was disappeared. They gave us ''free upgrade" to another room but we found there was no difference. The hotel location is good. There are gyms, mahjong, chess & Karaoke which located on 4th & 5th level but they are not belonged to the hotel property, So public can free access to the hotel lift which there is no sense of security for the hotel guests. I would not recommend this...
