銀座•鮨 — Restaurant in Hong Kong

The restaurant is quite good to try. I tried a few items. The fried vegetables is rather tasty, it is plain vegetables but the flavour is not so boring.

The cod fish is very tasty, the portion is generous, the fish meat is so smooth and with a hint of sweet sauce flavour.

Beef rolls are tasty too, it is smooth and with beef flavour, it is not so dry nor too oily.
