MOS BURGER — Restaurant in Yuen Long District

I am eating mos burger with family for a very long time. Food and quality is great. This week I order for kids and specifically make a note that I don’t want cheese and ice in drink. After take away when I gave their meal there was cheese in it and drinks has ice. I was outside and kids sent me what’s app that we don’t like to eat because of cheese. Straight away I call and restaurant manager ask me to come over and we can rectify the mistake. I went there and even told them I can pay for replacement but they said it’s on the house. The gentleman was very kind and attentive and apologetic. After the replacement set when I reach home and gave the meal to kids it was something I would t expect. The staff who prepared the replacement meal have removed the cheese from burgers and little they know that it’ll still leave a trace of cheese. I could have remove it myself at home but the issue was allergy and to prevent that I even offered to pay for replacement and get the right order. I was helped but in a wrong way. If this happens in USA than situation would have been different. I’m still giving 3 stars but really...

i order my food at 7 and i check at 8 and the order is still in the restaurant being prepared. I called the mos customer service and she start screaming so loud and tell me it is not mos burger fault , its the delivery app fault! I just ordered two burger set and i was very polite to the lady on call but she starts barking. bloody disgusting behaviour!!!! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!! I’ve never met such a rude staff at any restaurant. Two workers cursed me out when I asked them a simple question. The service is absolutely terrible and awful. Never will I ever step my foot in this place...
