服務態度極差，數次光顧，不論是前台職員，樓面，送餐均一點笑容也沒有，而且眼神，面客都是充滿不耐煩，不友善。語氣亦很討人厭，從來沒有聽過他們是，唔該，謝謝，你好，歡迎，多謝等等都不會說。食物性價比低，份量少及貴，而且味道非一般。極體用餐體驗極度差，絕不推薦，這只是一間連一粒也有有零分餐廳。

接客態度は極めて悪く、何度か訪問しましたが、フロントもフロアも配食部門も誰も笑顔を見せず、目も顔も焦りと不愛想に満ちていました。口調も非常に煩わしく、いいえ、ありがとう、こんにちは、ようこそ、ありがとうなどと言っているのを聞いたことがありません。食べ物は費用対効果が低く、量は少なくて高価ですが、味は格別です。 JiTi での食事体験は非常に悪く、決してお勧めできません。これはただの 0 点のレストランです。
